C3, which stands for Children’s Christ Connection, is our Midweek class for 1st-5th grade students. This time is spent worshiping with music and learning scripturally based truths about their identity in Christ.

The Pacesetters, our senior adult group, gather at least once a month for fellowship. Activities may include a covered-dish luncheon with a special program or a day trip to a fun destination within driving distance.

Our choir, made up of people from all walks of life and varying experience levels, exists to glorify God with music and help our church family do the same during our Sunday morning worship. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday nights from 7:30-8:15. No musical experience or training required!

Sunday School offers a welcoming space for individuals of all ages to grow in their faith and deepen their understanding of God’s Word. We have classes for all ages that explore scripture, engage in meaningful discussions, and build lasting relationships. Join us every Sunday morning at 9:45 to learn, connect, and grow together in Christ.

FBC Preschool provides care for children six weeks of age to four years old. We aim to provide quality care and development to each child. All children will be given the opportunity to grow spiritually, emotionally, and socially through learning experiences consistent with Christian principles.

Night To Shine is celebrates people with special needs with an unforgettable prom experience. We are able to share God’s love through a red carpet walk, friendship, karaoke, limo rides, and other activities that honor our guests, their parents, and caregivers.

Community Groups are monthly, multigenerational groups of around 15 people that meet one Sunday night a month for dinner and fellowship. This is a great opportunity to form deeper connections with fellow believers in a more casual setting. Contact the church office to find your group.

Our praise team is made up of vocalists and instrumentalists, all united by the goal of lifting up the name of Jesus on Sunday mornings. We work together with the choir to offer a healthy blend of contemporary and traditional worship, creating an atmosphere where everyone can encounter the presence of the Lord.

GriefShare is a 13 week relief recovery support group that provides a safe comforting place where you can talk with others about your grief. Meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 12:00 p.m.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

On Wednesdays, we offer Midweek Discussions or Midweek Together at different times throughout the year. Midweek Discussions are often video-based Bible studies centered around small group discussion and Midweek Together is a time for large group prayer, worship, and scriptural devotions.

FBC Americus has participated in Operation Christmas Child for 20+ years. This project collects shoebox gifts filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items—and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way. Our church members pack their own shoe boxes and we also serve as a central drop-off point for our area.

Mission Friends is our Midweek class for our preschool age children. They will sing songs, ring bells, hear stories of missionaries, and learn about the truths of their identity in Christ.

Our Men’s Group meets the last Monday of each month, featuring short devotions from local community leaders and a shared meal. It’s a great opportunity for spiritual growth and fellowship for men of all ages.
